上肢力量是诸多体育运动项目中的基础。本文分析了小学生上肢力量练习中需要注意的关键点,并着重讨论了将体操垫运用于上肢训练中的具体方法,其中包括:开合垫子,活动肩关节;直臂支撑,锻炼平衡能力;双手提垫赛跑,提高手腕力量等。
Upper limb strength is the foundation of many sports.This paper analyzes the key points that need to be paid attention to in the exercise of upper limb strength in primary schools,and focuses on the specific methods of applying gymnastic mat to upper limb training,including:moving shoulder joints by opening and closing the mat;exercising balance ability through straight-arm support exercise;improving wrist strength by running with two hands holding the mat.
