重载高空间铝合金模板支撑体系的荷载试验与施工监测 被引量:6

摘要 通过理论计算,提出了一种新型独立支撑+水平连杆支撑体系配合铝合金模板使用,对其开展了模型荷载试验,然后对应用重载高空间铝合金模板支撑体系的施工现场进行了实时监测。结果表明:重载高空间铝合金模板支撑体系在设计荷载下承载能力和变形能力均能满足要求,超载作用下也没有出现整体或局部失稳,具有较大的安全储备;独立支撑增设水平连杆以减小计算长度的做法可有效提高支撑的稳定性及承载力,既缩短了施工工期又保证了工程质量。 Based on the theoretical calculation,a new type of independent support with horizontal connecting rod support system is proposed to be used with aluminum alloy formwork.The real-time monitoring of heavy load and high space aluminum alloy formwork support system was carried out.The result shows that the load-bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the heavy load high space aluminum alloy formwork support system can meet the requirements under the design load.There is no overall or local instability under the overload,which has a large safety reserve.The method of adding horizontal connecting rod to the independent support to reduce the calculated length can effectively improve the stability and bearing capacity of the support.It can shorten the construction period and guarantee the quality of the project.
