摘要
目的:探讨穴位贴敷配合揿针护理对儿童过敏性哮喘的干预效果。方法:选取40例过敏性哮喘患儿,分为两组。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用穴位贴敷配合揿针护理。结果:观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿的PEF、FEV1和FVC明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的PEF、FEV1和FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷配合揿针护理对儿童过敏性哮喘有比较显著的临床干预效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with press-needle care on children with allergic asthma.Methods:Forty children with allergic asthma were selected and they were divided into two groups.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used acupoint application with press needle nursing.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the PEF,FEV1 and FVC of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the PEF,FEV1 and FVC of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with pressing needle nursing has a significant clinical intervention effect on children with allergic asthma.
