ICU脓毒血症患者炎症因子水平与凝血功能的相关性观察

摘要 目的:探讨ICU脓毒血症患者炎症因子水平与凝血功能的相关性。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月本院ICU的80例脓毒血症患者,按照患者的预后情况,将80例脓毒血症患者分成存活组(n=54例)和死亡组(n=26例)。分别在患者入院的第1、4、7天检测脓毒血症患者的活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、白介素-10(IL-10)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:死亡组患者PT和APTT均持续升高,入院的第1、4、7天均明显高于存活组(P<0.05),入院的第4天,两组的血清IL-10和TNF-α水平均明显升高(P<0.05),入院第7天,两组的血清TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且死亡组患者入院的第1、4、7天的血清IL-10和TNF-α水平均明显高于存活组(P<0.05);入院的第1天,脓毒血症患者的炎症因子(IL-10、TNF-α)水平与凝血功能(APTT、PT)有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:ICU脓毒血症患者的炎症因子水平与凝血功能有一定的相关性,值得临床进一步研究。
