摘要 依据传统经典方法玫瑰红酸钠法或EDTA络合滴定法检测钡盐,存在检测无法定量、人工操作误差较大等问题,已无法为公安机关侦查破案提供科学有力的证据。而仪器分析方法的发展与应用,使得钡中毒案件的检验更加准确快速。通过对原子发射光谱法、扫描电镜/能谱仪器法等仪器分析方法的对比分析,帮助基层民警及时准确地送检并提供更高效的钡盐检验方法。对钡盐的理化性质及毒性作了简要说明,掌握钡盐中毒的中毒症状及急救措施可以在最大程度上降低毒物对人体造成的损害,对受害人及民警均有很大帮助。 According to the traditional classical methods of sodium rosylate or EDTA complexometric titration to detect barium salt,there are some problems,such as the detection can not be quantitative,manual operation error is large,it has been unable to provide scientific and strong evidence for the investigation of public security organs to solve the case.The development and application of instrumental analysis makes the examination of barium poisoning cases more accurate and rapid.Through the comparative analysis of atomic emission spectrometry,scanning electron microscope/energy spectrum instrument and other instrumental analysis methods,it can help grassroots police to timely and accurately send the examination and provide more efficient barium salt examination method.The physical and chemical properties and toxicity of barium salt were briefly described,the poisoning symptoms and first aid measures of barium salt poisoning could reduce the damage caused by the poison to human body to the greatest extent,which would be of great help to the victims and the police.
