摘要
普陀山观音文化历史悠久,不少僧尼研习中医。清代普陀山僧医心禅著《一得集》,该书分上、中、下三卷,上卷论述医理,中、下卷记载医案。《一得集》总体学术特点是:刚正直言,观点犀利;重视基础,不泥古人;强调辨证,注重临床;善于总结,活用技法;修德养生,崇德精术。《一得集》是心禅行医生涯的心血结晶,理论丰富、病案详实,总结了他的学术思想,体现了他在一些疾病认识和治疗方面的独到见解。该书值得后世医者仔细品味,有助于读者开阔视野,增进知识。
Guanyin culture in Mount Putuo has a long history,many monks and nuns were living there and studying traditional Chinese medicine.Buddhist doctor named Xinchan of Qing dynasty had written a book,was called Yi De Ji.The book was divided into three volumes,the first volume presented knowledge of TCM,the second and third volumes recorded patient’s medical record.Overall academic characteristics of this book are:be upright,have clear viewpoint;pay attention to the foundation,do not sticking to the ancients;emphasis on syndrome differentiation,pay attention to improve the clinical effect;be good at summing up,be good at applying therapeutic methods;emphasize professional ethics,pay attention to improving treatment technology.Yi De Ji was the result of Xinchan’s heart and soul,rich in theory and detailed in medical records.It sums up his academic thoughts and embodies his unique views on the understanding and treatment of some diseases.This book deserves careful taste by future generations of doctors,because it can helps to broaden the reader’s horizon and enhance their knowledge.
