摘要
脾胃系病证乃临床上的常见病、疑难病、难治病,中医药对其防治具有独特的优势,历代医家对脾胃学说的创立及发展提供了非常丰富的理论见解与创新思路,纵观古籍,胆腑却鲜被涉及。笔者悉心回溯李东垣在《脾胃论》中提出的"胆气春升理论",基于现代医学对"胆"的生理病理范畴的研究现状,同时结合周斌教授在临床上运用该理论治疗脾胃病的临床经验和拟方思路,现从"胆气春升理论"的理论渊源及其与脾胃病的生理和病理两方面的相关性进行综合论述。
Spleen-stomach syndrome is a common,difficult and refractory disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in its prevention and treatment.Doctors of past dynasties have provided abundant theoretical opinions and innovative ideas for the establishment and development of spleen-stomach theory.Throughout ancient books,the gallbladder is rarely involved.The author traces back to LI Dong-yuan’s theory of‘spring rise of bile and qi’in‘on the spleen and stomach’.Based on the research status of physiology and pathology of‘gallbladder’in modern medicine and the clinical experience and prescription thinking of Professor ZHOU Bin in treating spleen and stomach diseases,the author comprehensively discusses the theoretical origin of the‘spring rise of gallbladder qi’and its correlation with the physiology and pathology of spleen and stomach diseases.
