摘要
文章总结了黄金昶教授治疗乳腺癌及其并发症的临床经验。黄教授认为乳腺癌核心病机多为肝郁化火、痰凝毒结,以逍遥散加攻毒散结药为基础方,依据临床症状和转移灶加减,针对乳腺癌并发症,采用中药外敷、针灸等中医特色的个体化疗法,取得较好疗效。从病因病机、辨证要点及处方用药等方面介绍了黄教授在乳腺癌及其并发症的临床诊疗经验,彰显了黄教授治疗乳腺癌重视阴阳辨证、病证结合的中医肿瘤辨治思想。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women,which is the main cause of cancer death.Meanwhile,its complications caused by tumor development and treatment seriously affect patients’quality of life.This article summarized the clinical experience of professor HUANG Jin-chang in the treatment of breast cancer and its complications.Professor HUANG thinks that breast cancer is mainly the yang syndrome of liver depression forming fire and phlegm coagulating toxin,so it can be treated on the basis of Xiaoyao Powder and drugs of attacking toxin and dispersing stagnation.Meanwhile,it can be modified according to clinical symptoms and metastatic lesions.In view of the complications of breast cancer,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application,acupuncture and moxibustion and other TCM characteristic therapies were used and obtained good curative effect.
