摘要
缺血性心脏病是心血管患者的重要死因,其发病机制和治疗方法受到广泛关注与研究,其中,中医药也发挥着不可替代的作用。张军平教授潜心临床治疗心系疾病30余载,首次提出"血-脉-心-神"一体观理论假说,创立平心四合法方药辨治体系论治该病。治疗以平为期,育心护脉,从而达到血脉相合、心神相合之效,并验证了其临床疗效及安全性,在此做以阐述,以飨同道。
Ischemic heart disease is an important cause of death in cardiovascular patients,and its pathogenesis and treatment methods have been concerned and study extensively,traditional Chinese medicine also plays an irreplaceable role among the research.Professor ZHANG Jun-ping has devoted more than 30 years to clinical treatment of heart diseases.He first put forward the hypothesis of‘blood-pulse-heart-spirit’integration theory.Based on this hypothesis,he established the system of Pingxin Sihe Prescription to treat the disease according to syndrome differentiation.Aiming to maintain the condition and protect the whole body.It has also achieved positive results in clinical efficacy and safety.This article will elaborate this content in detail.
