摘要
采用切向流超滤技术,探究3种流速(0.1、0.2、0.3 m/s)条件下菖蒲(Acorus calamus)浮床对不同粒径细颗粒物(<1、1~10、10~300、300~1000 nm)携带的碳、氮、磷的拦截去除效果。结果表明,适宜流速可促进菖蒲根系对细颗粒物的吸着,并能加快其自身的生长。与对照组(0 m/s流速)相比,0.1 m/s流速下的菖蒲根系吸着物质量最多,根系生长情况最好;不同流速下,菖蒲浮床对碳、氮、磷的去除效果规律表现出相似性,即0.1 m/s流速>0.2 m/s流速>0 m/s流速>0.3 m/s流速。
Using tangential flow ultrafiltration technology,the interception and removal effect of Acorus calamus floating bed on carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus carried by fine particles of different sizes(<1,1-10,10-300,300-1000 nm)under three flow rates(0.1,0.2,0.3 m/s)were explored.The results showed that the appropriate flow rate could promote the attachment of the Acorus calamus root to the fine particles and accelerate its growth.Compared with the control group(flow rate of 0 m/s),the root attachment mass of the Acorus calamus at the flow rate of 0.1 m/s was the most,and the root growth was the best;the Acorus calamus floating bed had the similar performance of removing carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus at different flow rates.The removal effect was expressed as 0.1 m/s flow rate>0.2 m/s flow rate>0 m/s flow rate>0.3 m/s flow rate.
