劳动教育在高职养老服务人才培育中的推进策略

摘要 新时代劳动教育是高等院校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,也是高职院校养老服务人才培养的重中之重。受传统观念、职业待遇与晋升路径等因素的影响,养老服务领域高质量人才供给严重不足。破解难题不仅需要硬核政策支持,还需发挥好劳动教育在养老服务人才培育中的引擎作用,搭建以强化劳动价值情感认同和重塑劳动精神为核心的劳动思想教育、以优化校企合作为基本路径的劳动技能培育以及以构建层次分明、科学有效的制度保障体系为支撑的优良环境三位一体的新时代劳动教育体系,协力推进养老服务人才培养内涵式发展,从而满足新时代养老服务体系高质量发展的外在需要和人的全面发展的内在需求。 Labor education in the new era is an important part of the talent training system in higher vocational colleges,and it is also the most important part of the talent training for the aged service in higher vocational colleges.Under the influence of traditional concept,professional treatment and promotion path,the supply of high-quality talents in the field of old-age service is seriously insufficient.To solve the problem,we not only need the support of hard-core policies,but also need to give full play to the role of labor education as an engine in the cultivation of Endowment Service Talents,to build a new era of labor education system with the core of strengthening the emotional identification of labor value and remoulding the labor spirit,the training of labor skills through optimizing the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the basic path,and the creation of a Trinity Labor Education System under a fine environment supported by the construction of a well-structured,scientific and effective system of guarantee,in order to meet the external needs of the high-quality development of the old-age service system and the internal needs of the all-round development of the people,we should make concerted efforts to promote the connotative development of the old-age service personnel.
