摘要
在炼锌的生产过程中,锌精矿的沸腾焙烧是第一道工序,是制约生产产能的瓶颈,关系着整个炼锌过程是否顺利进行。阐述了109 m^2沸腾炉,通过在开车时合理升温,生产过程中通过科学合理配矿,风料比控制,以及增加盘管等方式,达到提升产能稳定运行的目的。
The fluidized roasting of zinc concentrate is the first process in the production of zinc smelting,which is the bottleneck of production capacity and the key to the whole process of zinc smelting.This paper expounds the lurgi type 109 m^2 fluidized bed furnace,which can raise the production capacity and run stably by raising the temperature reasonably when starting up,controlling the ore proportioning scientifically and reasonably,and increasing the coil pipe in the production process.
