摘要
针对海上平台基座式起重机的回转支承易发生损坏的问题,从工作原理和使用工况两个方面进行深入分析,提出了故障分析方法与判断指标,采用定期检查的方法建立了磨损数据跟踪表。通过对多台设备的真实数据进行验证,结果表明,提出的故障分析与判断方法是有效的,能对现场提供帮助,并为其他类似设备的有效运维提供一定参考。
Aiming at the problem that the slewing bearing of offshore platform foundation crane is easily damaged,an in-depth analysis was made from two aspects of working principle and working conditions,and a fault analysis method and judgment index were proposed.Through the verification of the real data of multiple devices,the results show that the fault analysis and judgment methods proposed are effective,can help the scene,and provide a certain reference for the effective operation and maintenance of other similar devices.
