摘要 电网工程建设随着规模的扩大将遇到更多无法确定和难以控制的影响因素,不仅威胁生产安全,而且还可能会带来经济损失。为尽量避免安全事故的发生,保证电网工程建设全过程的安全稳定性,建立安全生产风险管理体系十分必要。在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,将理论和实践结合起来综合研究,主要围绕安全生产风险管理体系的建设与完善,在分析该体系应用意义的基础上,重点介绍该体系在电网工程建设人员、设备、环境、制度方面的管理应用,另外也指出了该体系在应用时需要注意的事项和问题。由于电网工程建设现场环境比较复杂,应加强对现场施工的安全风险管理,做好施工后期的养护管理,建立完善的现场组织体系,并采取必要的安全防护措施,才能保证工程建设现场的安全。 With the expansion of power grid construction,there will be more uncertain and uncontrollable factors,which not only threaten the production safety,but also may bring economic losses.In order to avoid safety accidents as much as possible and ensure the safety and stability of the whole process of power grid construction,it is necessary to establish a safety production risk management system.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and materials,the theory and practice were combined for comprehensive research,mainly focusing on the construction and improvement of the safety production risk management system.On the basis of analyzing the significance of the application of the system,the management application of the system in the aspects of power grid construction personnel,equipment,environment and system was mainly introduced.In addition,the application of the system needs to be noted was concluded.Due to the complex environment of the power grid construction site,the safety risk management of the site construction should be strengthened,the maintenance management in the later stage of the construction should be done well,the perfect site organization system should be established,and the necessary safety protection measures should be taken to ensure the safety of the project construction site.
