摘要
针对国内矿井的电网系统,设计了一种基于DSP处理器的井下低压馈电开关保护器。分析了井下电网系统出现的几种主要故障,并对各类型故障的信号检测及保护进行介绍;研究设计了馈电开关保护器的总体方案,对保护器的处理器进行了选型,对通讯模块和信号采集模块的电压、电流信号采集电路、温度传感器进行了选型与设计;对保护器软件的主程序流程图进行设计。设计的馈电开关保护器具有较好的稳定性,可满足大多数煤矿电网系统的保护要求。
A low-voltage feeder switch protector based on DSP processor was designed for domestic mine power system.Several main faults of underground power network system were analyzed,and the signal detection and protection of each fault were introduced.The overall scheme of the feeder switch protector was studied and designed.The processor of the protector was selected.The voltage and current signal acquisition circuit and temperature sensor of the communication module and signal acquisition module were selected and designed.The main program flow chart of protector software was designed.The designed feed switch protector has better stability and can meet the protection requirements of most coal mine power system.
