摘要
以中国30个省份(区域)为研究对象,采用投入导向的CRS径向DEA模型,基于公铁水空多维投入要素,从客货两方面测度区域综合交通运输效率,并结合探索性空间数据分析方法揭示综合交通运输效率的客货差异及时空关联特征。研究发现:分析期内区域效率呈稳步上升趋势但客货差异显著,东南沿海及中部经济发达区域客货运输效率较高,经济较为滞后区域运输效率偏低但呈现逐年提升态势;客货效率呈现时序波动且总体上具有全局空间正相关特征,货运相比客运具有较强的局部空间关联性,北部地区具有显著的省域帮带关系,西南及中部地区表现相对随机,东南沿海地区呈现竞争特征。
In the context of building national strength in transportation and promoting green growth in China,the integrated development of rail,road,water and air transport modes is the key direction of China′s transportation system.How to break away from the past development mode of high investment in infrastructure and high consumption of resources and energy and achieve the transition to high-quality development is an urgent problem to be solved.Its essence is the issue of efficiency governance;therefore,it is of great scientific value to construct transportation system efficiency measurement methods that introduce the multi-dimensional input elements of various modes of infrastructure and energy consumption to reveal the spatio-temporal evolution of passenger and freight transport efficiency.As a complex system with many elements,comprehensive transportation studies focus on multimodal-related issues from organization mechanisms to network optimization,and the inclusion of operations management and infrastructure planning.In China,it has been proposed from the beginning of the five-year plan that comprehensive transportation should be studied as a relatively complete system.In the middle of the 12 th five-year plan,intercity rapid transportation network,public transportation and level of service should be further included in the comprehensive transportation system.Transportation system efficiency evaluation has always been a hot topic of research.Efficiency plays a crucial role in promoting comprehensive transportation development.Therefore,many scholars have measuring the transportation efficiency in China.Most studies on transportation efficiency in China is focused on a certain mode of transportation or the efficiency of transportation in a certain area.However,measuring China′s transportation system efficiency from a multimodal perspective is relatively scarce.Therefore,this study proposes measurement methods on transportation system efficiency covering multi modes in China′s provinces-level.The dataset from
