摘要
构建平台机制对内容提供商新服务开发绩效作用机理的研究模型,提出4个关于内容提供商知识获取发挥中介效应的假设,借助386个配对样本,开展实证研究。结果表明:能力提供机制以内容提供商获取能力提供商的显性知识为中介,对新服务数量发挥正向作用,同时,该机制还可以帮助内容提供商获得能力提供商隐性知识,进而改善新服务的评分;互动机制以内容提供商获取新服务体验者的隐性知识为中介,对新服务评分发挥正向作用;知识整合机制以内容提供商获取平台的显性知识为中介,对新服务数量发挥正向作用。研究结论有助于完善创新管理领域的理论积累,可以为各行动者借助平台机制、共享知识、协同推动网络平台众创提供实践指导。
Mass innovation based on network platform is an important means to promote"Internet plus mass innovation".How to construct platform mechanisms to promote the resources sharing among participants on the network platform and the transformation of innovative achievements of participants is the key to effectively implement mass innovation based on network platform.In the previous research,we explored this problem,and the results showed that content providers,who engaged in new service development(NSD)for terminal applications,were the core promoters of mass innovation based on network platform,and they acquired knowledge from other three types of actors on the network platform through three mechanisms,thus improving their NSD performance.Although our previous research outlines the basic logic about the relationship among platform mechanisms,knowledge acquisition of content providers and NSD performance of content providers,there are still the following problems to be solved,so as to unlock the"black box"of mass innovation based on network platform:First,the previous research did not define and measure platform mechanisms;Secondly,in a general sense,knowledge includes tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge.Because the difficulty of obtaining two kinds of knowledge is different,it is necessary to describe the knowledge acquisition of content providers from two aspects:explicit knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition;Third,the previous research did not deeply analyze the NSD performance.This paper draws on the views of Ordanini and Parasuraman,and describes the NSD performance of content providers from two dimensions:"new service volumes"and"new service ratings";Fourth,the previous research has not empirically revealed the relationship among platform mechanisms,knowledge acquisition of content providers and NSD performance of content providers.Based on the above background,integrating knowledge-based view and social exchange theory,this paper constructs a research model of the relationship among platform m
