摘要
利用Brookfield DV3T流变仪测定了某些日化企业中20多种不同产品的绝对粘度,类别涵盖了洗发水,洗洁精以及洗衣液。并利用Brookfield PG Flash软件导出各日化产品的粘度梯度结合市场定位进行整合比较,再对每一个产品的粘度梯度数据进行线性回归及标准方差处理获得日化产品中剪切变稀的指标。结果表明:同一公司市场定位不同的产品粘度梯度差别明显,不同公司同一市场定位的产品差别较小。通过对全部产品粘度梯度的数据处理可得洗发水和洗衣液剪切变稀的幅度在粘度梯度的跌幅约为10%到30%,区别是由于表面活性剂和增稠剂的含量不同导致的,洗洁精的剪切变稀效应不明显。
Using Brookfield DV3T rheometer,the absolute viscosity of 20 kinds of products in some daily chemical enterprises were measured.Brookfield PG Flash software was used to derive the viscosity gradients of various daily chemical products and combined with market positioning for integration and comparison,then the index of shear thinning was obtained by linear regression and standard variance processing of viscosity gradient data of each product.The results show that the viscosity gradient of different products in the same market position of the same company is obviously different,however the difference of the products in the same market position of different companies is small.Through the data processing of viscosity gradient of all products,it can be concluded that the shear thinning of Shampoo and detergent is about 10%to 30%in the viscosity gradient,the difference is due to the different contents of surfactants and thickeners,and the shear thinning effect of detergent is not obvious.
