小型薄壁深腔双曲面零件的数控加工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为满足飞机复杂的气动外形要求,航空产品零件中存在较多薄壁双曲面结构,要同时保证双曲面结构的轮廓度与壁厚,对零件的数控加工工艺提出了新的挑战。基于此,针对一种小型深腔双曲面零件结构的数控加工工艺进行了研究与实践,总结出了一套有效的双曲面结构加工方案。 In order to meet the complex aerodynamic shape requirements of aircraft,there are many thin-walled hyperboloid structures in the parts of aviation products.To ensure the profile and wall thickness of the hyperboloid structure at the same time,it poses a new challenge to the NC machining process of the parts.In this paper,the NC machining technology of a small deep cavity hyperboloid part structure is studied and practiced deeply,and an effective machining scheme of hyperboloid structure is summarized.
