摘要
目前我国现代管理学存在课堂教学枯燥、教学模式单一、评价体系重教师轻学生、案例教学不够本土化等弊端。文章针对以上问题并结合现代管理学的学科特点,提出了基于历史事件的可视化情境教学模式,并且采用网络分析法建立了相应的评价体系,以评估该教学模式下现代管理学课程的教学效果。评价结果显示:通过改变传统教学方式运用历史事件进行案例分析和情境模拟,对学生学习兴趣的激发和创新能力的培养具有重要的引导作用。
At present,the teaching of Modern Management in China has many disadvantages,such as the boring class teaching and single teaching model.The evaluation system lacks of the part of students’evaluation,and the case teaching is insufficient localized.In response to the above problems and combined with the features of Modern Management subject,this paper proposes a visual situational teaching design and implementation plan based on historical events,and uses the ANP(Analytic Network Process)method to establish a visual situational teaching evaluation system to evaluate the teaching effect of the Modern Management course under the teaching mode.The evaluation results show that the use of historical events which has changed the traditional teaching methods to carry out the case analysis and situational simulation plays an important guiding role in inspiring students’learning interest and cultivating their innovative ability.
