摘要
战略性新兴产业是科技发展新成果与新兴产业的深度融合,其与传统产业之间的良性互动决定了产业结构能否顺利转型升级。总体上分为两个方面:一是从时间维度分析战略性新兴产业与传统产业互动的历程,包括其发育、成长、壮大和衰退的演变。二是从空间维度分析了战略性新兴产业的横向扩张。因此,需要处理好其与传统优势产业之间关系,通过合理的制度与政策,实现二者之间的协同融合、互补互促,有效实现产业的升级换代。
Strategic emerging industries integrate the new achievements of scientific and technological development and emerging industries deeply.The positive interaction between strategic emerging industries and traditional industries determines whether the industrial structure can be transformed and upgraded smoothly.Overall,it is divided into two aspects:firstly,from the time dimension,including the evolution of their development,growth and recession.Secondly,we argue the horizontal expansion of strategic emerging industries from the space dimension,including the exchange and interaction with traditional industries in terms of elements,etc.It holds that the development of strategic emerging industries are related to the development of traditional superior industries.Through reasonable systems and policies,we can realize the complementarity and mutual promotion between strategic emerging industries and traditional superior industries,and effectively realize the upgrading of industries.from the time dimension,including the evolution of their development,growth and recession.After that we argue the horizontal expansion of strategic emerging industries from the space dimension,including the exchange and interaction with traditional industries in terms of elements,etc.It holds that the development of strategic emerging industries are related to the development of traditional superior industries.Through reasonable systems and policies,we can realize the complementarity and mutual promotion between strategic emerging industries and traditional superior industries,and effectively realize the upgrading of industries.
