摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展,供应链管理理念被学者融入企业管理中。本文引入S2B商业模式概念并基于供应链视角,以永辉超市为研究对象进行分析,以期为零售企业营运资金管理提供借鉴。
In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the concept of supply chain management has been integrated into enterprise management by scholars.This article introduces the concept of S2B business model and analyzes Yonghui Supermarket as the research object based on the perspective of the supply chain,in order to provide a reference for the working capital management of retail enterprises.
