摘要
目的探讨绿色通道前驱激活模式在脑卒中急救中的应用效果。方法将2019年1—5月由我院急诊科接治的急性脑卒中患者40例设为对照组,接受常规急救模式干预;2019年6—10月接治急性脑卒中患者40例设为试验组,采用绿色通道前驱激活模式干预。比较两组检查、救治时间,以及神经功能缺损、认知功能及日常生活活动能力。结果试验组呼救至检查时间、呼救至治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05),NFD评分低于对照组(P<0.05),MMSE、日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用绿色通道前驱激活模式优化脑卒中急救流程,可显著缩短急救时间,改善预后质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of green channel prodromic activation mode in first aid of stroke.Methods To select 40 cases of patients with acute stroke who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January to May 2019 was set as a control group that was given an intervention based on conventional first aid pattern.Another 40 cases of patients with acute stroke received from June to October 2019 were set as a test group that was given an intervention related to the green channel prodromic activation mode.The examination and treatment time,as well as neurological impairment,cognitive function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The time from calling for help to inspection and calling for help to treatment in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the NFD score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the MMSE and activities of daily living scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the green channel prodromic activation mode in optimizing the first aid process of stroke can significantly shorten the first aid time and improve the quality of prognosis.
