摘要
利用遥感生态指数(RESI)对深圳市2006年、2013年和2019年等3 a各3景影像进行多指标多时相的生态环境变化的综合评价研究,同时基于ArcGIS以及Envi等遥感和GIS软件平台,从遥感影像中提取归一化之后的植被指数、湿度指数、地表温度、裸土指数表示绿度、湿度、干度、热度四大生态要素,标准化数据后耦合主成分分析方法,建立遥感生态指数(RSEI)综合评价模型,对深圳市2006—2019年的生态环境质量进行评价。结果表明:2006年、2013年和2019年,深圳市遥感生态环境质量指数RSEI呈现的均值分别为0.507、0.606、0.564,呈现上升再下降的趋势。生态质量为优和良等级的区域面积所占比例从2006年的40.3%,增长到2013年的53.49%再下降到2019年的45.45%,全市整体生态环境质量随着深圳施行全部城镇化皆有所上升,虽上升趋势较小,但得益于深圳的城市建设没有摒弃生态可持续发展的理念。环境质量稳步增长,需要注意的是在差和较差区域中,东北部龙岗区及宝安区的西北区域环境质量最差,深圳还需要进行大量的环境质量改善工作,且在规划新区并建设向外扩张的同时,应与深圳建设沿海发达城市道路和科学经济建设理念相符。
Based on remote sensing ecological index(RSEI)of Shenzhen 2006,2013,2019 three each scene for multiple indicators,when multiple phase change of the ecological environment comprehensive evaluation research,at the same time,based on Arcgis and Envi platform used in image processing,technical support,after extracted from remote sensing image normalization vegetation index,humidity,surface temperature,bare soil index said the green degree of heat,moisture,dryness,4 big ecological elements,standardized data after using the method of principal component analysis to its coupling,establishing ecological index(RSEI)comprehensive evaluation model of remote sensing,the ecological environment quality of Shenzhen from 2006 to 2019 was evaluated.The results showed that the mean values of RSEI in Shenzhen were 0.507,0.606 and 0.564 respectively from 2006 to 2019,indicating an upward trend and then downward trend.Ecological quality in the area of excellent and good grade proportion from 40.3%in 2006,growth slowed to 53.49%in 2013 to 45.45%in 2019,the city's whole ecological environmental quality as Shenzhen even if all the urbanization has increased,although the upward trend is small,but thanks to the Shenzhen didn't abandon the concept of ecological sustainable development,urban construction has been a steady rise in environmental quality,it is important to note in the poor and the poor area,Longgang district in the northeast and northwest of Baoan district regional environmental quality is the worst,Shenzhen also need to upgrade the environmental quality of a lot of work,in addition,when planning new areas and building outward expansion,it should be consistent with the construction of coastal developed city roads and scientific and economic construction concept of Shenzhen.
