摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种非造血祖细胞,具有低免疫原性及多向分化潜能,是细胞治疗的首选来源。目前已被科研工作者广泛应用于组织工程、免疫治疗、干细胞移植等多个相关领域。但目前科研工作者们仍然面临着一个难题,那就是低归巢率直接负面影响了其治疗效果。因此,提高MSCs归巢率是目前临床研究,同时也是使用MSCs治疗疾病的关键。本文就MSCs归巢机制的阐述及促进MSCs归巢的相关研究进展作一综述。 Mesenchymal stemcells(MSCs)are non-hematopoietic progenitor cell with low immunogenic potential and multidirectional differentiation,which are the first choice of cell therapy.At present,it has been widely used in tissue work,immunotherapy,stem cell transplantation and other related fields.However,researchers are still facing with a difficult problem,that is the lowhoming rate affects the therapeutic effect negatively and directly.Therefore,to improve the homing rate of MSCs is the key to achieve good results in the treatment of diseases with MSCs.This paper mainly reviews the mechanism of MSCs homing and the research progress in promoting MSCs homing in recent years.
