氮素高效利用水稻新品种筛选与评价 被引量:5

摘要 以市场上大面积应用的杂交水稻及常规籼型水稻为材料,通过设置不同氮肥水平,研究其对不同基因型水稻产量和氮素利用效率的影响。结果表明:水稻主要经济性状的变异系数表现为低氮处理>正常施氮处理>不施氮处理,低氮水平下变异系数为20.89%-121.37%。水稻单株产量随施氮量的增加而提高。对筛选出的双高效型(第I象限)水稻品种‘XY52’‘IIY52’‘9311’‘JLYHZ’‘LY391’进行回归分析,发现‘IIY52’的产量潜力最高,‘XY52’节氮能力最强。对双高效型品种进行氮素籽粒生产效率筛选,发现‘XY52’‘IIY52’‘LY391’为高产氮高效型水稻品种。研究结果可为氮高效水稻品种评价与高产高效栽培提供依据。 Hybrid rice and conventional indica rice,which were widely used in Anhui market,were used as materials to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer levels on yield and nitrogen use efficiency.Large genetic variation was observed in major economic traits.The coefficient of variation reduced as follows:Low N,Normal N and No N treatment,and the coefficient of variation was 20.89%-121.37%at low nitrogen level.The average yield per plant increased as the amount of N applied increase.Regression analysis was made on the selected double-efficient rice varieties‘XY52’,‘IIY52’,‘9311’,‘JLYHZ’and‘LY391’.The results showed that‘IIY52’had the highest yield potential,‘XY52’had the strongest nitrogen-saving ability.Furthermore,‘XY52’‘IIY52’and‘LY391’were selected as high-yield and high-efficiency rice varieties through screening of nitrogen grain production efficiency.The results have practical reference significance for the evaluation of rice varieties with high nitrogen efficiency and cultivation for high yield and high benefit.
