摘要
党支部建设是国有企业党建工作的基础,关系到国有企业强化党的领导和深化改革发展。在全面从严治党新形势下,国有企业应在党支部的领导力建设、覆盖力建设、凝聚力建设、发展力建设和创新力建设上下功夫,通过强化党支部领导与管理、星级标准化建设、方式方法创新、党员队伍建设和运行机制建设,建设“五力”党支部,充分发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用。
Party branch construction is the foundation of the Party construction work of state-owned enterprises,also,it is related to strengthening the Party′s leadership and deepening reform development.Under the new situation of comprehensive and strict Party governing,state-owned enterprises should make efforts in the construction of leadership,coverage,cohesion,development and innovation of Party branches.By strengthening the Party branch leadership and management,star-level standardization construction,method innovation,Party membership construction and operation mechanism construction,it is feasible to build powerful Party branches and give full play to the fortress role of Party branches.
