摘要
常泰长江大桥是集成高速公路、普通公路、城际铁路“三位一体”的复合过江通道。江南段普通公路接线位于常州市新北区,建设条件复杂。下层普通公路承担常州和泰州两市的城市交通过江功能,道路选线的优劣直接关系到此项目过江功能的发挥。路线方案除了影响用地、城市规划外,甚至会决定跨江主桥各种交通方式的横断面布置,在过江通道选线中从未遇到。研究项目下层普通公路选线的全过程,阐述普通公路江南段选线需考虑因素。希望抛砖引玉,为未来类似项目提供借鉴。
Changtai Yangtze River Bridge is a trinity,a composite crossing-river channel with integrating expressway,ordinary highway&intercity railway.The ordinary highway connection of Jiangnan section is located in Xinbei District of Changzhou with complex construction conditions.The lower ordinary highway undertakes the urban traffic function of Changzhou&Taizhou,and the advantages&disadvantages of road route selection are directly related to the crossing-river function of this project.In addition to affecting land use&urban planning,the route scheme will even determine the cross-sectional layout of various traffic modes of the main bridge crossing the river,which has never been encountered in the route selection of crossing-river channels.It studies the whole process of route selection of the lower ordinary highway of this project,and expounds the factors to be considered in the route selection of Jiangnan section of ordinary highway.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
