摘要
目的比较曲安奈德与雷珠单抗治疗视网膜静脉分支阻塞继发黄斑水肿的效果.方法回顾性病例研究.分析郑州市第七人民医院2016年6月至2018年6月视网膜静脉分支静脉继发黄斑水肿60例(60眼)患者的临床资料.所有患者分为曲安奈德组和雷珠单抗组,每组各30例.分别进行曲安奈德后部眼球筋膜下注射和雷珠单抗玻璃体内注射.随访6个月比较两组的效果.结果两组治疗后1、2、3和6个月最佳矫正视力较治疗前提高(P<0.05),但两组之间差异无统计学意义.两组注药后黄斑中心区厚度均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论曲安奈德后部眼球筋膜下注射治疗BRVO继发黄斑水肿效果与雷珠单抗玻璃体内注射效果相同,但注射方法较为简单安全.
Objective To compare the efficacy between subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide and intravitreal injection of ranibizumab in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).Methods This was a retrospective case study.The clinical data of 60 eyes of 60 patients from Jun.2016 to Jun.2018 in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou were analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.Group A received subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide and group B received intravitreal injection of ranibizumab.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.The follow-up time was 6 months.Results BCVA of two groups were improved at 1,2,3 and 6 months after injection(P<0.05).But the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups.The central macular thickness after injection decreased significantly in two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide for macular edema secondary to BRVO is the same as the intravitreal injection of ranibizumab,but the former injection method is simple and safe.
