摘要
本文简要介绍了河北省第二次全国污染源普查质量控制工作方法的基本内容,这一工作方法主要通过建立质量控制责任体系,保证工作的顺利推进;通过采用事前检查、事中抽查、事后核查等方式,及时发现普查工作中的问题,纠偏匡正;通过多角度、多维度开展数据审核,强化质量控制。对该方法的回溯性探究,有助于为今后类似工作的开展提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the basic content of the quality control work method of the second national pollution source census in Hebei Province.This work method mainly through the establishment of quality control responsibility system to ensure the smooth progress of the work;through the use of pre inspection,spot check,post audit and other ways,timely find the problems in the census work,correct the deviation;through multi angle,multi-dimensional Carry out data audit and strengthen quality control.The retrospective study of this method is helpful to provide reference for similar work in the future.
