摘要
为响应国家可持续发展的号召,汽车产业重点开展电动汽车生产与研发工作,在从根本上保障汽车运行效率的同时,控制汽车在运行过程中的资源消耗量。为保障电动汽车平稳运行,需要仔细分析电动汽车电池容量特征以及持续行驶要求,着重开展电动汽车车身结构轻量化设计工作。针对此,文章分析了电动汽车车身结构轻量化研究现状,提出了车身结构轻量化研究方式以及未来发展趋势,以供参考。
In response to the call of national sustainable development,the automobile industry focuses on the production and R&D of electric vehicles,which can not only guarantee the operation efficiency of vehicles,but also control the resource consumption in the process of operation.In order to ensure the smooth operation of electric vehicles,it is necessary to carefully analyze the battery capacity characteristics and continuous driving requirements of electric vehicles,and focus on the lightweight design of the body structure of electric vehicles.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the lightweight of the body structure of electric vehicles,and puts forward the research methods and future development trend of the lightweight body structure for reference.
