摘要
目的:观察五心养肾法治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)Ⅲ~Ⅳ期脾虚湿蕴证的临床疗效。方法:2017年11月-2019年3月收治CKDⅢ~Ⅳ期脾虚湿蕴证患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。两组均给予基础治疗;对照组给予脐敷治疗;试验组给予五心养肾法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血肌酐(SCr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)及24 h尿蛋白定量等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五心养肾法能有效改善CKDⅢ~Ⅳ期脾虚湿蕴证患者SCr及24 h尿蛋白水平,提升GRF水平,改善临床症状,延缓病情进展。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Wu Xin Yang Shen Method in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in stageⅢtoⅣwith Pi Xu Shi Yun Syndrome.Methods:From November 2017 to March 2019,80 patients with CKD in stageⅢtoⅣwith Pi Xu Shi Yun Syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was given umbilical compress.The experimental group was treated with Wu Xin Yang Shen Method.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,serum creatinine(SCR),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and 24 hours urinary protein were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wu Xin Yang Shen Method can effectively improve SCR and 24 hours urinary protein level of patients with CKD in stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ with Pi Xu Shi Yun Syndrome,enhance GRF level,improve clinical symptoms and delay the progress of the disease.
