摘要
地面气象站BUFR数据传输监控报警系统依托福建气象集中监控平台、ISOS综合观测软件,采用Microsoft Visual Studio设计开发,实现对地面气象站BUFR数据服务器与本地终端的双重监控验证,通过对不同报警类型进行分级分类管理,减少了错报和误报次数,提高了台站地面观测业务质量。本文分析了地面气象观测站现行BUFR数据格式及传输方式,指出BUFR数据传输在地面气象观测业务运行中存在的问题。从解决实际业务需求出发,阐述了地面气象站BUFR数据传输监控报警系统的技术路线和系统结构,有效解决了出现BUFR数据传输异常时,台站应急处置时间不足的问题。
The BUFR data transmission monitoring and alarm system of ground meteorological station is based on Fujian meteorological centralized monitoring platform,ISOs comprehensive observation software and Microsoft Visual Studio is designed and developed to realize the dual monitoring and verification of BUFR data server and local terminal of ground meteorological station.Through classified management of different alarm types,the number of false alarms and false alarms is reduced,and the quality of ground observation service is improved.This paper analyzes the current BUFR data format and transmission mode of the ground meteorological observation station,and points out the existing problems of BUFR data transmission in the operation of ground meteorological observation.Starting from solving the actual business requirements,this paper expounds the technical route and system structure of BUFR data transmission monitoring and alarm system of ground meteorological station,which effectively solves the problem of insufficient emergency response time when BUFR data transmission is abnormal.
