摘要
利用第二代双环管与气相共聚组合工艺生产抗冲共聚聚丙烯,分析了共聚反应系统在运行时发生各类故障的原因,并采取了相应的措施。试验结果表明,在满足产品质量要求的前提下,将橡胶乙烯含量控制在质量指标下限有利于系统运行;应根据生产负荷调整乙烯丙烯流量,保持乙烯汽提塔稳定运行;防止催化剂孔隙结构在运输和配制过程中被破坏;提高丙烯原料纯度。适宜的生产条件为:反应压力1.2~1.4 MPa,反应温度78~82℃,反应料位40%~60%;改进催化剂配制方案,控制助催化剂流量,调整预聚合反应条件;选择适宜的给电子体流量,抗静电剂采用喷射器加入,且加入量为5.3~6.3 kg/h。采取措施后,聚丙烯装置共聚反应系统首次投入后稳定运行超过四个月,稳产水平居国内同类装置前列。
The second generation of the double-loop reactor and gaseous copolymerization combined process was used to produce impact copolymer.The reasons for various faults that occurred in the operation of the copolymerization reaction system were analyzed and the corresponding measures were taken.The result shows that controlling rubber ethylene content at the lower limit of the quality index is beneficial to the operation of the system on the premise of meeting product quality requirements.The flow of ethylene and propylene should be adjusted according to the production load to keep the ethylene stripper running stably.The pore structure of catalysts is prevented from being damaged during transportation and preparation.The purity of propylene raw material is improved.The appropriate conditions are reaction pressure 1.2-1.4 MPa,temperature 78-82℃,and reaction material level 40%-60%.The catalyst preparation scheme is improved,the flow rates of co-catalysts are controlled,and the pre-polymerization conditions are adjusted.The optimum donor flow rates are selected.The antistatic agent should be added by the injector,and the optimum dosage is 5.3-6.3 kg/h.After taking the measures,for the first time,the stable operation of the copolymerization reaction system is more than four months.The stable production level of the reactor is in the forefront of similar plants in China.
