摘要
在全球贸易保护主义升温的大背景下,发展多边贸易已成为各国拓展国际市场、降低国际市场冲击的重要举措之一。本文通过德国联邦统计局和德国联邦食品及农业部统计数据分析了德国奶业生产、区域特征、乳制品加工和贸易情况,发现德国奶业经过结构转型,奶牛养殖管理经验成熟,奶产量高,市场集中度高,乳制品出口比重大,结合中德奶业合作现状,建议继续推进中德畜牧业发展合作项目,建立乳制品贸易互通互惠机制,推动两国中小企业进一步深化合作等。
Against the backdrop of rising global protectionism,the development of multilateral trade has become one of the important measures for countries to expand international markets and reduce the impact of international markets.This paper analyzes the German dairy industry production,regional characteristics of dairy industry,dairy product processing and trade through statistical data of the German Federal Statistical Office and the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.It is found that the German dairy industry has undergone structural transformation,mature dairy farming management experience,and milk production.High market concentration,high proportion of dairy products export,combined with the current status of China's dairy industry cooperation,it is recommended to continue to promote Sino-German animal husbandry development cooperation projects,establish a dairy product trade mutual benefit mechanism,and promote the two countries'SMEs to further deepen cooperation.
