摘要
目的探讨产科护理新模式的应用对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2018年1月大连市妇幼保健院收治的90例产科孕产妇,随机将其分为基础护理组(实施基础服务)和产科护理组(实施产科护理新模式),每组45例。比较两组患者护理满意度、产科分娩时间、产科护理质量,并评估护理前后两组产妇的心率及心理焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,统计两组剖宫产率。结果产科护理组护理满意度为100.00%,高于基础护理组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组产妇心率、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,产科护理组产妇心率、SAS评分均低于基础护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。产科护理组产科分娩时间、产科护理质量分别为(10.24±1.21)h、(95.56±3.22)分,均优于基础护理组的(13.45±2.17)h、(81.41±3.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。产科护理组剖宫产率为6.69%,低于基础护理组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产科护理新模式在产科的应用可有效降低剖宫产率,改善产妇的心率及焦虑水平。
Objective To investigate the infl uence of the application of the new obstetric nursing model on reducing the rate of cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 obstetric pregnant women admitted to Dalian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from November 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into basic nursing group(implementing basic services)and obstetric nursing group(implementing a new model of obstetric nursing),with 45 cases in each group.The satisfaction of nursing care,obstetric delivery time,and the quality of obstetric care were compared between the two groups of patients,and the heart rate and psychological Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the two groups of women before and after nursing were evaluated,and the cesarean section rates of the two groups were counted.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the obstetric nursing group was 100.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the basic nursing group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of maternal heart rate and SAS score(P>0.05);after nursing,the maternal heart rate and SAS score of the obstetric nursing group were lower than those of the basic nursing group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The obstetric delivery time and the quality of obstetric care in the obstetric nursing group were(10.24±1.21)hours and(95.56±3.22)points,respectively,which were better than those in the basic nursing group of(13.45±2.17)hours and(81.41±3.11)points,with diff erences statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the obstetric nursing group was 6.69%,which was lower than the 22.22%in the basic nursing group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the new model of obstetric nursing in obstetrics can eff ectively reduce the cesarean section rate and improve the heart rate and anxiety of the parturient.
