深井特厚煤层充填开采防冲机理研究 被引量:10

Prevention mechanism of rock burst in backfill mining in extra-thick coal seam with deep shaft

摘要 为保障深井特厚煤层工作面的安全回采,基于载荷三带理论,以山东某矿为工程背景,提出了采用充填法开采以降低工作面整体冲击风险的方案,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等方法研究了充填采空区对工作面煤体支承压力分布的影响机制,得到以下结论:1)充填体充填采空区减小了顶板自由下沉运动的空间,有效降低了顶板岩层裂隙的发育高度;2)充填体抗压变形能力决定了对煤体施加动载影响的岩层运动范围,充填体抗压变形能力越大,作用在煤体上的动载效应越不明显;3)提出了控制充实率、加强监测和确定合理推采速度等充填工作面防冲技术措施。现场实践表明,充填法开采减小了工作面煤体的应力集中程度,有效降低了发生冲击地压的风险。该研究成果为类似条件下工作面的安全开采提供指导和借鉴。 In order to ensure the safety of mining in work face of extra-thick coal seam with deep shaft, based on the three-zone structure loading model, with a coalmine in Shandong province as the engineering background, the scheme about reducing the rock burst risk in working face by backfill mining has been presented. The impact mechanism of backfilling goaf on abutment pressure distribution in the working face has been studied through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring. The following conclusions have been drawn: 1) The space for free subsidence of roof is diminished when the gob area is filled by backfill material, and the height of roof fissure is reduced effectively;2) The range of strata movement which influences coal dynamically is decided by the compressive deformation capacity of backfill. The greater the compressive deformation capacity, the less obvious the dynamic effect on the coal;3) The measure of controlling backfill ratio, strengthening monitoring and determining the reasonable speed of mining is presented. Field practice has shown that the backfill mining diminishes the degree of stress concentration and reduces the risk of rock burst. The results have references to production safety of mining work face under similar conditions.
