摘要
知识经济增长与国家创新体系建设、全球化及国际竞争力增强、人口老龄化压力所带来的对人才的更加渴求等经济社会发展趋势,促使诸多国家实施了世界一流大学建设项目,以期通过注入额外资金推动本国高等教育机构跨步迈进世界一流行列。以上海交通大学"世界大学学术排名"为参照,考察世界一流大学建设项目实施效果,并认为人才、资源和有效治理是影响项目建设成效的关键。
Nowadays there are a series of economic social development trends in the world such as knowledge economy growth and national innovation systematic construction,globalization and developing international competitiveness,demands from the pressure of population aging on talent.The trends have made many countries promulgate the world-class universities construction to push the national higher education institutions and step into the world’s popular list by injecting additional funds.Based on the"World University Academic Ranking"of Shanghai Jiaotong University,this paper explores the achievements of world-class university construction projects,considers talent pooling,resource abundance and governance effectiveness as the key points of construction projects.
