核电厂厂用变压器长时感应耐压带局部放电试验装置的优化

摘要 针对某核电厂500 kV厂用变压器在长时感应耐压带局部放电试验过程中,全封闭组合电器(GIS)出现闪络放电,试验电压迅速下降为0,试验因此被迫中止的现象,通过故障查找,确定是“试验均压罩”(“试验均压罩”是高压套管与外部开关侧GIS连接导体拆除后,为连接局放测试设备而加于高压套管顶部气室内的临时均压装置)对气室内壁放电,不是与高厂变高压侧套管相连的外部GIS设备内部闪络。通过高斯定理模型对试验均压罩处的场强进行数据分析后,优化选用了半球型均压罩。测试结果显示:采用半球型均压罩后厂用变压器局部放电试验一次完成,且未发生闪络现象;新试验装置具有推广应用价值。 For a 500 kV auxiliary transformer in a nuclear power plant,during the long-term induction voltage withstand and partial discharge test,an external flashover occurred inside the fully enclosed composite electrical appliance(GIS),and the test voltage quickly dropped to 0,so the test was forced to be suspended.Through fault finding,it is determined that the selection of the test uniform pressure hood is wrong,causing discharge to the inner wall of the gas chamber during the test;after the data analysis of the field strength at the test uniform pressure hood through the Gauss theorem model,the hemispherical type is optimized.Evenly press the hood.The test results show that the partial discharge test of the factory transformer is completed once using the hemispherical equalizing cover,and no external flashover phenomenon occurs;the new test device has the value of popularization and application.
