摘要
本试验旨在构建仔猪产热敏肠毒素大肠杆菌模型和热敏肠毒素模型,观察各组的病变情况,并检测相关生理生化指标和病理指标来进行对比分析。通过产热敏肠毒素大肠杆菌灌胃以及热敏肠毒素腹腔注射的方法建立2种仔猪腹泻模型;观察各组的病变情况,检测仔猪模型生理生化、病理指标。结果显示:2个试验组在试验期间与空白组相比较平均日增重均呈现负增长,白细胞和中性粒细胞数显著升高(P<0.05),淋巴细胞数显著降低(P<0.05);剖检可见肺实变严重,肠系膜淋巴结肿胀,肠腔积液;病理组织学检查发现,各试验组小肠肠壁变薄,肠绒毛脱落变短,杯状细胞增多;免疫组化结果显示,空肠组织中有热敏肠毒素存在。试验结果对比分析表明,毒素组与细菌组具有相似的症状表现与指标类型;热敏肠毒素可能为产热敏肠毒素大肠杆菌病的直接致病因子。
The purpose of this experiment was to construct a model of heat-sensitive enterotoxin Escherichia coli(E.coli)and a heat-sensitive enterotoxin model of piglets,observe the pathological changes of each group,and detect relevant physiological and biochemical indexes and pathological indexes for comparative analysis.Two piglet diarrhea models were established by intragastric administration of heat-sensitive enterotoxin-producing E.coli and intraperitoneal injection of heat-sensitive enterotoxin the lesions of each group were observed to detect the physiological,biochemical and pathological indicators of the piglet model.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of the two test groups compared with the blank group showed negative growth,the number of white blood cells and neutrophils increased significantly(P<0.05),and the number of lymphocytes decreased significantly(P<0.05).Examination showed that severe lung consolidation,swollen mesenteric lymph nodes,and intestinal effusion were observed.Histopathological examination revealed thinner intestinal walls,shorter intestinal villi,and increased goblet cells in each test group.Immunohistochemical results showed that there were heat labile enterotoxin.The comparative analysis of the test results shows that the toxin group and the bacterial group had similar symptoms and indicator types.The heat-sensitive enterotoxin may be the direct pathogenic factor of the heat-sensitive enterotoxin-producing E.coli disease.
