摘要
为了研究新孢子虫和弓形虫的交叉免疫保护效果,以BALB/c小鼠为实验动物模型,探究弓形虫PRU(Ⅱ型)、VEG(Ⅲ型)虫株免疫对新孢子虫Nc-1虫株的交叉免疫保护作用。分别用PRU和VEG免疫小鼠,3周后用Nc-1虫株大剂量攻虫,对各组小鼠的临床症状、体重和死亡情况进行监测。30 d后检测各组小鼠血清中2种寄生虫的抗体效价与新孢子虫脑荷虫量,评价弓形虫PRU、VEG虫株与新孢子虫之间的交叉免疫保护作用。结果显示,各组小鼠血清中同时存在针对新孢子虫及弓形虫的抗体,与未免疫弓形虫组相比小鼠的新孢子虫脑荷虫量明显下降(P<0.05)。表明弓形虫与新孢子虫之间存在交叉抗原,弓形虫感染后产生的免疫力对新孢子虫的再感染具有一定的交叉保护效果。
In order to study the cross-immunity protective effect of Neospora caninum and Toxoplasma gondii,BALB/c mice were used as experimental animal model to explore the cross-immunoprotective effect of T.gondii PRU(typeⅡ)and VEG(typeⅢ)strains on N.caninum Nc-1 strain in this study.Mice were immunized with PRU strain and VEG strain respectively,then challenged with large dose of Nc-1 strain 3 weeks later.The clinical symptoms were monitored and weight and death of mice in each group were recorded.After 30 days,the serum antibody titer and the parasite load in the brain in each group were tested to evaluate the crossprotective effects between PRU,VEG and Nc-1.The results showed that there were antibodies against N.caninum and T.gondii in the serum of mice in each group.Compared with the unimmunized group,the amount of N.caninum load in the brain was significantly decreased,indicating that the immunity generated by T.gondii infection has a certain cross-protection on the reinfection of N.caninum.
