摘要
激光水切加工技术利用水流的冲刷和冷却作用,使工件的加工部位的热影响区和微裂纹最小化,使激光走进微细加工的新领域。文章对该技术领域的专利申请进行分析,阐述了激光水切加工技术领域的专利申请发展趋势,追踪了激光水切加工技术领域的发展脉络,针对水流设置位置进行分析,揭示数值模拟可应用于加工工件时气泡的动力学研究。
Water jet assisted laser cutting(WJALC)technology can minimize the heating damages to the workpiece during laser processing,such as microcracking and overheating,so that the laser enters a new field of micro-processing.In this paper,detail patent analysis regarding the evolution of the WJALC technologies is performed to present the development path and trends for WJALC.Patent analysis focuses on the optimization of water jet position setup and numerical-assisted design methods,which shows that numerical simulations are well applicable to study the bubble dynamics.
