摘要
非洲猪瘟病毒荧光PCR检测在各猪场实验室已经普及,影响荧光PCR检测结果准确性的因素众多,为提升基层兽医实验室非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测结果的准确性,对实验室设施、设备、人员、仪器、样本选择、核酸提取及操作细节等常见问题及注意事项进行梳理汇总,为基层开展日常非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测提供参考。
Fluorescent PCR has been widely used to detect the African swine fever virus(ASFV)in pig farm laboratories,and there were many factors that affect the accuracy of testing results.In order to improve the nucleic acid test results of ASFV,this paper summarized the common problems and precautions of laboratory facilities,equipment,personnel,instruments,sample selection,nucleic acid extraction and operation details for routine detection of ASFV with nucleic acid in grass-roots laboratories.
