摘要
变频器“一拖三”的方式可实现脱硫系统多台浆液循环泵的逐次启动,可有效减少脱硫系统变压器的容量,节约成本。结合工程实际介绍了变频器“一拖三”启动方式的主回路、控制回路及信号回路的设计方案。分析了该启动方式在变频、工频切换过程中存在的冲击电流大、易跳闸等问题,提出了延时切换和同相切换两种解决措施。
The“one-driving-three”control mode of variable frequency device can realize the successive start of three slurry circulating pumps in the desulfurization system,which can effectively reduce the capacity of the workshop transformer and save costs.The design scheme of main circuit,control circuit and signal circuit of“one-driving-three”control mode of the variable frequency device is introduced in combination with the actual projects.The problems of large impulse current and easy tripping in the process of switching between variable frequency and industrial frequency of this control mode are analyzed,and two solutions that delay switching and synchronous switching are proposed.
