摘要 为解决开关柜状态监测分布式传感器节点的供能问题,研究了适用于该类传感器的射频取能技术方案及低功耗控制方法。在射频取能技术研究中,设计了高增益射频接收单元,用于将特定频率高频空间电磁波转换为高频交流小信号,设计了射频-倍压整流单元,用于将该交流小信号转换为直流信号并升压,又设计了配套能量管理单元,控制与后端传感器的能量交互,向暂态地电压(transient earth voltage,TEV)传感器提供可靠稳定的直流电压。在低功耗控制方面,硬件上采用了降频检波、低功耗器件以及发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)限流,软件上提出了工作模式切换和边缘诊断策略,形成了TEV传感器超低功耗设计及应用方案。最后给出了该传感器的现场应用方法,并通过能耗的综合评估验证了方法的实用性和有效性。 In order to solve the problem of power supply of distributed sensor nodes in the condition monitoring of switch cabinet,we studied the technology scheme of radio frequency(RF)energy acquisition and the control method for low-power consumption suitable for this kind of sensor.In the research of RF energy acquisition technology,a high gain RF receiving unit is designed to convert the specific high-frequency space electromagnetic wave into the high-frequency AC small signal.Meanwhile,a RF voltage doubling rectifier unit is designed to convert the AC small signal into the DC signal to boost the voltage.Also,a matching energy management unit is designed to control the energy interaction with the back-end sensor,so as to provide transient earth voltage(TEV)sensor with reliable and stable DC voltage.With regard to low-power control,frequency reduction detection,low-power devices and light emitting diode(LED)current limiting are used in the hardware.As for the software,the work mode switch and edge diagnosis strategy are proposed to form a scheme of the ultra-low power design and application of TEV sensor.Finally,the field application method of the sensor is presented,and the practicability and effectiveness of the method are verified through the comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption.
