摘要
针对变频电机的轻量化、智能化、静音化、高效化、节能化、组合化等问题,将风扇与编码器分别置于电机轴的前后端,采用定子散嵌绕组笼型转子三相异步电动机电磁计算软件、UG有限元分析等方法,对其结构、磁路、效率及控制策略进行设计与优化,使编码器得到了保护,并提高了精确度,改善了性能.
To improve the lightweight,intelligent,quiet,efficient,energy saving and combination of the variable frequency motor,the fan and encoder were placed on the front and rear ends of the motor shaft.The structure,magnetic circuit,efficiency and control strategy of the motor were designed and optimized using stator diffracted winding cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motor electromagnetic calculation software and UG finite element analysis. After design and optimization,the encoder was protected as well as the improvement of its accuracy.
