摘要
以思想政治教育和心理健康教育为抓手干预大学生自杀行为。研究扩宽思政教育的研究范畴,有利于高校的安全稳定及管理工作。分析大学生自杀的主要原因:信仰缺失、生命价值观扭曲、自尊心受挫、精神障碍、冲动性人格、心理痛。阐述思想政治教育和心理健康教育与大学生自杀干预的关系,提出四点对策:生命意义感教育和领悟社会支持教育、改进传统的教学模式、加强两学科的交叉融合研究、提高教师队伍的思想政治和心理学素养水平。
The study focused on ideological and political education and mental health education to intervene in college students'suicide.It expands the research scope of ideological and political education and is beneficial to the safe and stable management of colleges.It analyzes the main causes of suicide of college students:lack of faith,distortion of life value,frustration of self-esteem,mental disorder,impulsive personality and psychological pain.It expounds the relationship between ideological and political education and mental health education with college students'suicide intervention,and puts forward four countermeasures:life meaning education and understanding of social support education,improving the traditional teaching mode,strengthening the research of the intersection and integration of the two disciplines and improving the ideological,political and psychological literacy level of teachers.
