摘要 动力换挡拖拉机作为现代化农用机械中重要的动力机械,其挡位变换、车速控制等尤为重要,也使得传动系结构较为复杂。由于动力换挡拖拉机的实际工作环境和具体作业工况较汽车及工程机械更为恶劣,同时受国内拖拉机整体技术及企业研发能力等限制,在实际使用过程中存在换挡缓慢、换向冲击等问题。为此,本文以某中功率动力换挡拖拉机的换向冲击为研究对象,对其在不同挡位及工况下的换向冲击进行分析研究,并以此分析结果作为换向关键部件优化设计的基础,对换向离合器核心零件进行了结构优化及试验验证。 Power shift tractor is a kind of important power machine in modern agricultural machinery.The gear change and speed control for power shift tractor is particularly important,in addition,the transmission structure is more complex.Due to the fact that the actual working environment and specific operating conditions of power shift tractors are worse than that of automobile and construction machinery,and limited by the technology of domestic tractors and research as well as development capacity of the enterprise,there are still some problems,such as slow shifting and reversing impact in the actual use of the power shift tractor.Therefore,this paper takes the reversing impact of a medium-horsepower power shift tractor as a research object,analyzes and studies its reversing impact at different gear positions and working conditions,and based on the analysis results,carries out structural optimization and test verification on the core parts of the wet clutch on the basis of optimization design of the key reversing components.
