摘要
随着通信系统向5G毫米波方向快速发展,传统的高速数字系统噪声抑制方法面临着巨大挑战。阐述了嵌入式电容、铁氧体薄膜磁性材料、电磁带隙超材料等新型电磁材料在高速数字系统噪声抑制中的应用和发展。讨论了各种电磁材料的优缺点以及发展趋势。
With the rapid development of communication systems to the direction of 5G millimeter waves,traditional high-speed digital system noise suppression methods are facing huge challenges.In this paper,the application and development of new electromagnetic materials such as embedded capacitance,ferrite film magnetic material,electromagnetic band-gap(EBG)meta-material in the noise suppression of high-speed digital system are described.The advantages and disadvantages of various electromagnetic materials and the development trend are discussed.
