摘要 新能源汽车电驱动系统的电磁兼容测试过程中,测功机对半电波暗室性能的影响是系统级电机带载测试的关键所在。为此,提出了采用背景噪声、梳状源和长线天线三种测试法验证测功机不同状态下暗室适用性的测试方案,以及标准负载的等效模型和测功机带负载验证方法。结果表明,9 kHz^1 000 MHz频带内,可移动式测功机对暗室背景噪声无影响,穿墙轴式测功机150 kHz^1 000 MHz频带内的背景噪声与测功机的转速无关,而9~150 kHz随着测功机转速的增加,电波暗室的背景噪声增加。 During the EMC test of electric drive system of new energy vehicles,the influence of dynamometer on the performance of semi-anechoic chamber is the key to the system level motor load test.For this reason,three testing methods,including background noise,comb source method and long wire antenna method,are proposed to verify the applicability of semi-anechoic chamber in different states of dynamometer.The equivalent model of standard load and the verification method of dynamometer with load are proposed.The results show that the movable dynamometer has no effect on the background noise of anechoic chamber in the frequency band of 9 kHz ~ 1 000 MHz,and the background noise of through wall shaft dynamometer in the frequency band of 150 kHz ~ 1 000 MHz is independent of the speed of the dynamometer,while the background noise of anechoic chamber increases with the increase of the speed of dynamometer from 9~150 kHz.
